This will enable our clients to have confidence in what they pay for and also take away the uncertainties tied to market factors.

Our experts will closely work with manufacturers to deliver transparency in actual costs such as Direct & Indirect Cost (i.e. Raw Materials, Labor, Utility, SG&A, Depreciation of facilities, Maintenance cost, Technology, Income, Taxes, Profits & other overhead charges). Once we have a clear understanding of the actual cost drivers we will work with our clients to establish a sustainable and less volatile price adjustment mechanism. Our approach will be to deliver a long term strategy for our clients and to establish a strategic long term business partnership.
